# Sing Sing Sing - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `singsingsing.au` ## Description Sing Sing Sing is a community choir in Brisbane for people living with dementia and those who care for them. Founded in 2022 by qualified singing teacher, conductor and coach Melissa Gill, the initiative uses group singing to support connection, enjoyment and wellbeing. Gill also brings personal experience caring for a family member with dementia and extensive work in community arts and health programs. The choir meets during school terms at two locations: Redlands Performing Arts Centre in Cleveland on Mondays and Bulimba Community Centre on Tuesdays, from 10am to noon. Members sing familiar songs spanning the 1920s to the 2020s, explore new music, build skills and enjoy time together. Participants are welcome to attend with a family member, friend or careworker, or to come on their own; no singing experience is needed.
