## Description

Sint Barbara Gilde is a community guild based in Ravenstein, the Netherlands. Its website introduces the guild, its members and traditions, with sections covering its kings and emperors, notable guild members, friends, photographs, events and contact information. The material presents the guild as an active part of local life, sharing news and documenting activities for residents and visitors.

A central activity is competitive shooting, including events held on King’s Day. In 2025, participants competed for several titles, with winners named Burgerkoning, Burgerprinses and Dagkoning. The guild also shares film and photo records of occasions such as the 2024 beeldverslag, a 2021 Remembrance Day film and footage of the 1975 Zeeland regional guild gathering. Its archive includes a photo book from the 2016 guild day and issues of its Barbara magazine, published between 2021 and 2024.

The guild’s presence is also reflected in Ravenstein’s Stationskwartier, where planned street names refer to it and its traditions. Through events, publications and archives, Sint Barbara Gilde preserves and presents its community heritage.
