Founded in 1988, The Siouxland Initiative (TSI) is a nonprofit organization focused on increasing and enhancing employment opportunities in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The chamber offers career opportunities through job postings for its 1,400 members, connecting employers with talented professionals seeking opportunities in the tri-state area.

Recognizing the national labor crisis, Siouxland Chamber and TSI have launched a virtual employment connection program to facilitate communication between employers and potential employees. Additionally, they provide economic development resources, such as available buildings and sites, workforce solutions, and information on taxes, transportation, and utilities.
