## Description

Institut SISEM is a training organization focused on professional motivation and helping people understand what drives their engagement and fulfillment. Its approach, developed through years of research and observation, centers on pleasure and meaning, identifying an individual’s key motivational drivers to help them find direction, develop their potential, and perform at their best.

The institute offers certification courses for professionals who want to use the SISEM method. Training pathways cover conducting motivation, career-orientation, management, and skills assessments, as well as facilitating workshops that introduce the SISEM motivational drivers. The basic motivation-assessment course is eligible for France’s CPF training account, and courses are available in person or remotely.

SISEM also provides an online questionnaire, a directory for finding certified advisers, and resources for people invited to complete an assessment. Its method can be applied to career guidance, recruitment, management, team building, and strengthening workplace involvement. Through its training, adviser network, events, and testimonials, Institut SISEM supports individuals and organizations seeking to better understand motivation and put it into practice.
