Through her long-running blog, Six Until Me, and her writing on Substack, she explores how diabetes shapes daily life, emotions, identity, and relationships without defining who she is. Her work combines candid storytelling with reflections on the practical and emotional demands of managing a chronic condition, including the ongoing effort to understand the body and navigate its ups and downs. Sparling has written about diabetes for nearly two decades and has lived with the condition for 37 years, drawing on her experience to connect with readers and contribute to the diabetes community. Her website brings together blog archives, essays, a content portfolio, speaking information, and videos, alongside disclosures and an explanation of the purpose behind Six Until Me. Readers can follow her newer writing through free or paid Substack subscriptions. Across these platforms, Sparling offers personal essays and speaking content that help make the realities of life with diabetes more visible and understood. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ - 📰 News and Media ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id4F_AKb0d/w/900/h/87/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792663125310) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Biscay | #193764 | dark | | Froly | #f27a8f | light | | Biscay | #1c3664 | accent | ## Fonts - Lato — asset _(google)_ - Lora — asset _(google)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id4F_AKb0d/w/2048/h/1366/idpY1BZqdF.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1635888370073) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
