About

Description

AACSA, the African American Community Service Agency, was founded in 1978 with the aim of establishing greater engagement and retention of the Black Community in the South Bay Santa Clara County of Northern California. As one of the only African American cultural centers in the Silicon Valley, AACSA's mission is to preserve the dignity and culture of the diverse African American Community. They provide a wide range of services and programs that promote the full participation of Santa Clara County and society as a whole.

These include educational, cultural, social, and recreational programs, as well as services in areas such as education, health and wellness, economic development, social services, and racial and social justice. AACSA is dedicated to perpetuating and strengthening African American identity, values, traditions, knowledge, and family life. Membership is open to everyone, regardless of race, religion, age, or disability, making AACSA a natural gateway to African American life.

To support their mission and get involved, individuals can contact AACSA's staff, who are ready to serve the general public of Santa Clara County. Stay updated on AACSA's activities by subscribing for updates
