## Description

SkilledBiker provides advanced motorcycle training and guided tours, combining practical coaching with an “edge” grounded in police rider development. Its approach is based on Motorcycle Roadcraft, the method taught to UK police motorcyclists, and focuses on progressive, systematic and confident riding. Training sessions take place on public roads, where riders can develop skills in real-world conditions.

The programme includes options such as BikeHerSafe, coaching exclusively for women, as well as BikeSafe, the BMF Blue Riband Rider Award, the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme, RoSPA and IAM RoadSmart training. SkilledBiker also offers advanced motorcycle tours, including trips in the Picos and Pyrenees, Croatia and the Balkans, and a Tour & Test experience.

The business is led by chief instructor and advanced tour guide Kevin Mulligan, a retired advanced and VIP police motorcyclist and former national lead for BikeSafe. His credentials include IAM and RoSPA examiner roles, BMF Blue Riband regional chief examiner, and ERS and RoSPA Level 3 advanced motorcycle instructor. SkilledBiker is based in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
