## Description

Skills to Change Institute offers eutaptics® FasterEFT™ training and personal-development programs created by Robert Gene Smith. The organization presents its approach as a way to address emotional and physical reactions by working with memories it believes may be associated with ongoing stress responses. Its website features Robert’s background and describes more than 40 years of work with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, pain, phobias, and other challenges.

The institute provides online courses, a free introductory course, certification training, and individual sessions with Robert or eutaptics practitioners. Its learning resources include guided tap-along videos, with collections focused on topics such as anxiety, stress, family trauma, and relationships. Additional courses and materials address depression, grief and loss, helping children, smoking cessation, weight loss, and creating abundance. Visitors can also explore events, books, practical resources, and a practitioner directory. Skills to Change Institute frames its method as focusing on the memories behind reactions rather than only on coping with symptoms, and invites people to explore its courses and services at their own pace.
