## Description

Sky Quarry is an integrated energy solutions company founded in 2019, focused on recycling waste asphalt shingles and converting discarded materials into oil and other resources. Its mission is to conserve resources, reduce landfill waste and emissions, and support more sustainable energy production. The company uses a closed-loop recycling process and its patented ECOSolv technology to recover oil and reusable materials; Sky Quarry reports material recovery of up to 95% and solvent recycling of up to 99%.

Sky Quarry operates two processing assets: an oil extraction facility associated with its PR Spring resources and the Foreland refinery in Nevada. The refinery has a nameplate capacity of up to 5,000 barrels per day and processes crude oil into diesel, naphtha, vacuum gas oil, and paving asphalt liquids. Foreland is described as actively processing crude and generating revenue, with established customers and regular product liftings.

The company presents its approach as a scalable waste-to-energy model with multiple potential revenue streams.
