## Description

SkyRelay is a BNB Smart Chain protocol that turns observations of Starlink satellites in low Earth orbit into cryptographically verifiable on-chain records. Its network of ground stations captures physical telemetry, including Ku-band Doppler shifts, elevation, and slant range, then uses orbital data and SGP4 calculations to check whether reported sightings align with satellite motion. Signed observations are compiled into typed attestations and Merkle proofs before being committed to the BSC ledger.

The platform provides a live telemetry dashboard, an operations console for station broadcasts, an on-chain beacon ledger, and tools to inspect verification data. It also presents an orbital entropy service that derives physical randomness from satellite radio passes, alongside a coverage escrow for tracking verified passes against quorum requirements. SkyRelay describes its model as a decentralized physical infrastructure network, with community ground stations expanding coverage. The site also outlines a hardware-funding mechanism in which creator fees from Flap.sh are directed toward Starlink Mini terminals.
