## Description

Skyvitas is an aviation training intelligence platform for airlines, aircraft operators, and approved training organizations (ATOs). It aims to replace spreadsheet-based, reactive training management with predictive, personalized oversight that helps organizations address training and compliance needs before they become urgent. The platform continuously monitors crew records and regulatory thresholds, generating training plans up to 120 days before certificate expiry. It connects operational information, including duty records, incidents, and route history, with training decisions and individual risk assessments.

Designed around competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) and evidence-based training (EBT), Skyvitas tailors plans to each crew member’s experience, fleet, fatigue profile, route exposure, and regulatory framework. It supports both airline recurrent training and ATO programs in one system, with training records carrying over when learners move into airline employment. Skyvitas also offers pilots personalized pre-flight briefings covering information such as NOTAMs, weather, and AIP notes. The company invites aviation organizations to join its Design Partnership Program, providing early access, onboarding support, and input into product development.
