## Description

Jan Andrea Handmade is a cherished brand that specializes in creating delightful baby accessories rooted in a philosophy of close, nurturing parenting. Established by Jan Heirtzler, the idea blossomed when she began making ring slings for her first child in 2000. Over the years, she recognized the empowering role of baby carriers in fostering connection and adaptability for modern parents. Although she ceased sewing ring slings in January 2022 due to market pressures, Jan remains passionate about crafting a variety of practical and stylish everyday accessories.

Jan Andrea Handmade not only provides a selection of accessories but also offers free sewing directions for those interested in making their own carriers. This commitment to supporting parents extends through effective communication via email and social media. With a heart for helping others wear their babies and a dedication to sustainable practices, Jan Andrea Handmade embodies the spirit of thoughtful, modern parenting, making it a go-to destination for parents seeking to balance their busy lives with attachment and care.
