## Description

Small Giants Community supports founders, CEOs, C-suite executives, and next-generation leaders of purpose-driven small and midsized businesses. Built around the belief that companies can choose to be great rather than simply grow bigger, the community helps leaders strengthen their skills, share insight, and connect with peers who value people, culture, and long-term purpose.

Its programs include the Small Giants Summit, an annual gathering featuring interactive sessions and opportunities to build relationships; the Leadership Academy, which develops purpose-led, self-aware, emotionally intelligent leadership; and Sounding Board, a mentorship offering that connects members with guides for business challenges such as change, growth, and problem solving. Members can also access virtual events, a resource library, blogs, podcasts, videos, and ebooks, as well as a directory and community programs.

Small Giants promotes values including strong relationships, operational excellence, financial soundness, independence, and community engagement. The organization also offers apparel and accessories through its shop and invites supporters to participate through sponsorships and donations.
