## Description

SmartNet is a learning, development and events brand of Lyall Lukey Resources Ltd, a company established in 1987. Since 1997, SmartNet has facilitated knowledge sharing, innovation and networking across sector boundaries through short live events supported by online resources. Its work includes annual Education Leaders Forums, convened since 2007, as well as past workshop programmes and the Seismics and the City forums.

SmartNet also offers Co=Gen, a personal and leadership development programme for people aged 21–39 with leadership potential. Delivered on Zoom, Co=Gen aims to help organisations develop and retain emerging talent. Its offerings include Catalyst development, coaching, support modules and digital resources. The Focus on Your Future module helps participants set balanced goals and strengthen self-management and leadership skills through five weekly small-group sessions, alongside follow-up learning materials.

For education leaders, SmartNet has delivered interactive online forums featuring presentations, breakout discussions and digital resources. Its events are designed to connect participants, encourage fresh thinking and support practical learning.
