Smart Plus is an innovative educational initiative funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. The project aims to bridge the gap between the competencies demanded by the tourism industry and those provided by educational institutions. Through a comprehensive online platform, Smart Plus offers an array of services including Skills/Market Gap Analysis and a Self-Assessment Tool designed to help users evaluate their competencies in the tourism sector.

Smart Plus also hosts various events to disseminate findings and provide insights into essential transversal competencies for modern workplaces.
