## Description

Stowarzyszenie SMOK is a karate association offering Shinkyokushin training for children, teenagers and adults in Warsaw and Podkowa Leśna. Its classes combine martial arts practice with discipline, concentration and respect, while encouraging confidence, assertiveness and positive ways to manage emotions and resolve conflicts. The association presents training as a welcoming group activity, where members can build friendships and learn to work together. Its community activities also include camps, tournaments and other social events.

Participants can choose karate sessions twice or three times a week, an unlimited monthly option, or a mini membership for one weekly class. Family memberships are available, as are individual personal training sessions and single-visit classes. Newcomers are invited to arrange a trial session and attend two free introductory classes before joining. Training takes place at Smocza Jama on Redutowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district and at the Bohaterów Warszawy School on Jana Pawła II Street in Podkowa Leśna. SMOK aims to help members set goals, stay active and grow as part of a supportive karate community.
