Smou is the Barcelona app that helps you navigate the city, providing mobility information and services to facilitate your travels. With Smou, moving around the city becomes easy and convenient. You can plan your trips, use the Bicing bike-sharing service, pay for parking via the app, access B:SM car parks and get a 30% discount, recharge your electric vehicle, locate shared mobility vehicles, pay for Resident Area permits, and much more. The app's services are available throughout Barcelona, as well as in Badalona, Castelldefels, Esplugues de Llobregat, El Prat de Llobregat, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Montgat, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Joan Despí, and Sant Just Desvern. If you encounter any technical issues, the app includes a "Support" option in the "Information and Help" menu, allowing you to submit your request and receive a response within a maximum of 48 working hours. Smou: making getting around easier and more efficient.
