This brand offers a wide range of services exclusively for members of the respective fan clubs. Registration for SMTOWN OFFICIAL JAPAN is automatically completed when you join any of the fan clubs, and it is free of charge. Once registered, you gain access to the services provided by SMTOWN OFFICIAL JAPAN alongside your fan club membership. The registration process requires you to input your membership numbers if you are a member of multiple fan clubs. SMTOWN OFFICIAL JAPAN also implements an automatic integration feature that synchronizes your registration information, including your name, phone number, address, date of birth, gender, and email address. Please note that only one email address per person is allowed for registration. If you have a shared email address within the mentioned fan clubs, please acquire a separate email address and update your registration information accordingly. For Girls' Generation's fan club, SONE JAPAN, integration has been available since October 2nd, 2018. If you are a monthly member, you need to press the Connect with SMTJ button that appears in a pop-up window after logging in after 9:00 am on October 2nd, 2018. Pressing this button will automatically register you with SMTJ, and the button will no longer appear upon subsequent logins. If you are a fan club member during the registration period and wish to connect with SMTOWN OFFICIAL JAPAN, you can do so by logging in to the fan club website and accessing the Register with SMTOWN OFFICIAL JAPAN option on your My Page.
