## Description

Snopro is a ski and snowboard rental service that brings professionally selected equipment directly to guests’ accommodation. Founded in Queenstown, New Zealand, in 2011, the brand developed its delivery model to make ski holidays easier and less time-consuming. After more than 15 seasons serving customers in New Zealand, Snopro has expanded to Japan, with its first Japanese location in Niseko.

The company offers ski and snowboard packages for a range of ability levels, along with clothing hire. Its online booking system, Gear Match, uses customers’ individual measurements and preferences to recommend suitable equipment for Japan’s powder conditions. Trained technicians deliver and custom-fit the gear, including ski boots, and provide follow-up support during the rental. If equipment needs adjustment or a swap, a Snopro technician can return at no extra charge; support is also available by phone or live chat. Snopro collects rentals when customers are finished. Bookings can be cancelled without charge before delivery, and customers can reserve with a 10% deposit.
