## Description

The Syndicat National des Pilotes Instructeurs (SNPI), formerly known as ANPI, is a French association bringing together aviation instructors. Founded in 1965, it aims to support and represent its members while helping improve pilot instruction through cooperation, shared experience and professional resources. The association reports more than 1,300 instructors among its membership.

SNPI offers training and continuing education for aviation instructors, including DGAC-approved refresher courses, RSFI and RSFE stages, and courses for flight examiner qualification. Its program also includes training for pedagogical managers, sessions on new technologies, and SOS prorogation stages for instructors needing support with qualification renewals. Free video-conference sessions, held twice weekly, provide opportunities to maintain knowledge and exchange practical experience.

Members can access insurance information and services, documents, a dedicated library and shared feedback. The organization also publishes regulatory updates and news, answers questions, and provides employment listings and a facility for submitting vacancies. Through these services, SNPI works to assist instructors, protect their interests and promote effective aviation training.
