## Description

Melise Ammit’s Sober Coaching for Women provides confidential, practical support for women who want to change their relationship with alcohol. Based in Sydney, Melise offers in-person coaching in Manly and online support across Australia. Her approach is personalised, flexible and non-judgmental, helping clients work toward their own goals, whether they want to cut back, take a break or stop drinking altogether.

Drawing on her own experience of stopping drinking, Melise combines accountability with practical tools designed to fit everyday life. Coaching is available online or by phone, with flexible scheduling that can include evenings and weekends. Programs include Sobriety Starter, a 14-day course with Zoom sessions, a workbook, daily text support and a phone check-in; Everyday Sober, a 30-day program with weekly calls and a toolkit; and Motivation Maintenance, offering ongoing weekly or fortnightly support.

Melise also provides referral arrangements for people who need medical withdrawal, medication-based treatment or residential rehabilitation.
