## Description

Through its programs and events, it connects people and organisations across design, business, public institutions and society, encouraging them to use design to address practical and social challenges. Its activities include munich creative business week, the Social Design Days, the bayern design Academy, the Design Fitness Check and design support initiatives. The organisation also shares knowledge through publications, news, events and community resources.

The Social Design Days illustrate this approach, bringing together professionals and the wider public for talks, workshops and collaborative projects. The programme explores how design can foster inclusion, strengthen belonging and help communities and businesses make better use of diverse perspectives. Sessions cover topics such as social business models, inclusive spaces and services, and the experiences of people with migration backgrounds. A central collaborative “Jam” invites participants from different professional backgrounds to develop ideas together.
