## Description

Social HR is a small, nimble human resources consultancy based in the Lower North Island and supporting businesses throughout New Zealand. The team provides practical, people-first guidance for organisations that need straightforward help with workplace and employee matters, without unnecessary jargon. Its clients include infrastructure and national contractors, startups, civil and trade businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and business owners managing growing teams.

Social HR offers HR consultancy as well as ongoing HR support. Consultancy services provide tailored advice and solutions, while ongoing support can take care of routine business-as-usual HR tasks, freeing clients to focus on their operations. The consultancy emphasises legal, values-led advice, risk mitigation, empathy, and solutions that fit each business. It works with both frontline teams and leaders, helping organisations address people needs and navigate changes.

Describing its approach as connection, conversation, and collaboration, Social HR aims to make HR clear, approachable, and useful. Businesses can contact the team by phone or email to discuss the support they need.
