## Description

USA Softball is the national governing body for softball in the United States. It oversees and regulates competition to promote fairness and equal opportunity for players, and sanctions events in every state through a network of state and metropolitan associations. The organization represents more than one million members and over 120,000 teams, bringing together players, coaches, umpires, and other participants across the country.

USA Softball supports the sport at multiple levels through adult and Junior Olympic programs, tournaments, national championships, and All American Games. It also manages six national team programs, including women’s, men’s, youth, and slow-pitch teams, and provides resources for athletes, coaches, and officials. Membership and registration services help participants join and access program benefits, while umpire training, certification, rules, and equipment guidance support safe, consistent play. Additional offerings include ACE coach training, athlete resources, tournament registration, and the Safe Softball program. Based in Oklahoma City, USA Softball also operates Devon Park, hosts events, and provides news, educational materials, official gear, and information about collegiate softball.
