## Description

UnityBaseDefense is a secure platform developed by Softline IT for building information systems in government, critical infrastructure, and other high-risk environments. Developed since 2015, it is designed for deployment on-premises, including air-gapped networks, and supports systems requiring regulatory compliance, detailed access controls, and tamper-resistant audit logs. The platform has an expert conclusion from Ukraine’s State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection at G-3 assurance level under ND TZI 2.5-004-99.

Its security capabilities include application-level Zero Trust, authorization on every request, and permissions that can be controlled down to individual data fields. UnityBaseDefense supports Ukrainian electronic signatures under DSTU 4145 alongside international PKI through SSPI, and can integrate with certification authorities, Active Directory or LDAP, databases, and external services. It is used to build document and registry systems, personnel platforms, critical infrastructure registers, and controlled cross-domain gateways. Softline IT also provides engineering and implementation services, including requirements analysis, security architecture, development, integration, certification support, testing, and deployment assistance.
