## Description

SoftSpot is a pet-care service that connects pet parents with veterinarians through online consultations and veterinary telemedicine. Its platform is designed to make professional guidance accessible from home, offering an alternative to waiting-room visits for advice that can be handled remotely. Pet parents can sign up, add information about their pet, and start chatting with a veterinarian through the app. SoftSpot says its veterinarians are licensed and highlights convenient access, quick responses, secure online conversations, and support from its team. Service is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Customers can choose pay-per-chat consultations at $19.95 each, paying only for the consultations they need, or a $29.95 monthly membership that includes four consultations and access to exclusive webinars. The membership can be canceled at any time. SoftSpot also invites veterinarians to apply to join the service. With its focus on flexible, at-home access to veterinary advice, the brand aims to help pet parents get guidance without making an in-office visit when one may not be necessary.
