It engages students through team-based competitions that offer standards-based challenges across science, technology, engineering, and related fields. The program serves about 7,000 teams and supports 450 tournaments in all 50 states, with separate event offerings for middle-school Division B and high-school Division C participants, as well as elementary programming. Science Olympiad helps teams prepare with official rules, event descriptions, score sheets, webinars, workshops, and online learning resources, including lesson plans and STEM videos. Its website connects participants with state chapters, tournament information, volunteer training, and guidance for starting a team. The organization also offers materials through the Science Olympiad Store and links to official kits from Ward’s Science. Beyond competitions, its programs include the Urban Schools Initiative, scholarships, summer programming, and workforce-related opportunities. Through these activities and resources, Science Olympiad supports students, teachers, volunteers, and alumni in exploring STEM and developing practical knowledge. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [youtube](https://youtube.com/user/ScienceOlympiadTV) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/midnightscienceclub) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/SOAlumniNetwork) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRIVrMpor/w/269/h/150/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791431920116) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRIVrMpor/w/2048/h/2048/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791431920481) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cerulean | #00adee | accent | | Pistachio | #95d600 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - sans-serif — asset _(custom)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
