When you visit our space, you'll have access to supportive props and mats, as well as various amenities such as filtered hot and cold water, bathrooms, and cubbies for your belongings. We also provide ample free parking in the surrounding Golden Hill neighborhood. We kindly ask that you adhere to our policies, including canceling classes at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing class credits.
