## Description

SolarMed develops solar-powered products designed to support people living beyond reliable electricity grids. Its mission is to use practical, human-centered innovation to address everyday challenges and help build healthier, safer communities. The company’s solutions are designed for both off-grid and on-grid use, including in demanding environments, with an emphasis on reliability, affordability, and scalability.

Its product range includes Mossie-GO™, a portable mosquito-protection device intended for use anytime and anywhere. SolarMed says its protection is supported by clinical research in Africa and the UK. The company also offers a solar fishing light: a durable lamp and life buoy designed to replace kerosene, help fishers work more safely after dark, increase yields, and reduce operating costs.

SolarMed reports that its products have delivered more than three million nights of mosquito protection, enabled over 500,000 productive fishing hours, and sustainably charged more than 10,000 phones. The company invites prospective distributors to partner in bringing its solar-powered health and livelihood solutions to communities worldwide.
