## Description

Solemaids is a Danish company specializing in solutions for heel pain, with experience treating heel-related conditions in children and adults. Founded in 2017 by physiotherapist Per Øllgaard, the company develops individually customized insoles for different foot diagnoses, helping people stay active and return to everyday activities and sport.

Its product range includes Solemaids PF, designed to relieve plantar heel pain in adults, and Solemaids Severs, an insole solution for children with Sever’s disease. The company says its Severs insoles are clinically tested and offers a six-week return policy for the insoles if a child does not experience pain relief; consultation fees are excluded. Treatment can include an examination, information about heel pain, and a pair of customized insoles.

Solemaids also trains physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, and other health professionals to provide its treatment approach. Through a network of certified clinics and practitioners in multiple countries, it connects specialists who support children and adults experiencing heel pain. The company offers clinic-finding tools, online consultations, training courses, webinars, and educational resources.
