## Description

Solia is a heart-led initiative founded by Chantal and Lena to help children grow up healthy, confident and mindful. It creates supportive spaces where children can strengthen their connection with themselves, others and the natural world, while parents and professionals learn alongside them. Its approach emphasizes movement, creativity, calm and genuine connection rather than performance or pressure.

Solia offers children’s yoga and “Wirbelwind & Yoga” classes combining age-appropriate movement, imaginative stories and mindfulness practices. Project activities invite children to explore through nature experiences, creativity, stillness and movement, nurturing body awareness, empathy, imagination and self-confidence. Families can also take part in parent-child yoga and meditation, designed to encourage shared calm and strengthen relationships.

For adults, Solia provides talks on easing family stress through practical ideas about mindfulness, finances and social pressure. It also offers fitness, relaxation and team-building formats for educators and other people who work with children. Courses and projects are adapted to the needs and routines of each group or institution, with an attentive, collaborative approach.
