## Description

Solnil is a Marseille-based technology company developing patented resin and nanoimprint lithography solutions for advanced optical materials and micro- and nano-optics. Its resins support refractive indices from 1.12 to 2.6 across the visible spectrum and are compatible with liquid deposition and nanoimprinting to create coatings and metasurfaces.

The company offers high-index materials with refractive indices above 2, designed for transparency with optical losses below 0.1%. Its low-index materials, with indices from 1.12 to 1.4, use self-organized nanoscale pores in an inorganic network and are described as having optical losses below 0.05%. Intermediate-index options combine low- and high-index materials to provide balanced optical performance.

Solnil’s patented NanoImprint Lithography Process enables precise fabrication of large-area metasurfaces using resin layers. Customers can tailor metal oxide compositions, surface morphologies, and dimensions to their needs. The technology is intended for applications including augmented reality, metalenses, high-power laser optics, structural colour, and biotechnology microfluidics. Solnil also shares company news and project updates through its blog and provides contact information for enquiries.
