## Description

Solutions for Wellness is a holistic health practice established by Julie Thackeray, who has over 40 years of experience in complementary therapies. After a career in nursing that ended due to injury, Julie discovered the healing potential of reflexology, which inspired her to dedicate her life to the healing arts. Situated in North Branford, Connecticut, within Kos Chiropractic Center, Solutions for Wellness offers a range of services that promote both physical and emotional well-being. These include mindfulness, guided relaxation, acu-wellness, energy healing, reflexology, hypnosis, and the use of essential oils. In addition to her private practice, Julie contributes her expertise at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital, where she provides stress reduction techniques and aromatherapy for pediatric patients. Committed to empowering individuals on their unique healing journeys, Solutions for Wellness aims to help clients tap into their inherent healing abilities, making it a valuable resource for those seeking alternative therapies alongside traditional healthcare.
