## Description

Someburros is a family-rooted restaurant brand serving authentic Sonoran-style Mexican food, with recipes shaped by the Vasquez family’s history and traditions. Its story began with the family’s first restaurant, Poncho’s, which opened in South Phoenix in 1972. Many dishes draw on time-tested family recipes, including favorites lovingly prepared at home by Nana, Isabel Vasquez.

The menu features flavorful Mexican comfort food made with fresh ingredients and no seed oils. Highlights include burros, including mini burros designed to deliver the brand’s signature flavor in a smaller portion, and albondigas, a Sonoran-style meatball soup offered seasonally. Customers can browse the menu, order pickup through the Someburros Rewards app, or arrange delivery through DoorDash. The brand also offers catering and a rewards program, and invites guests to explore its locations across the Valley. Someburros connects its food with a welcoming, family-oriented spirit, while also sharing community, fundraising, and career opportunities. Its focus is on familiar recipes, satisfying favorites, and Mexican flavors that reflect the family story behind the brand.
