## Description

Sometimes Weekly is an independent humor and satire brand created by Nick Butler, presenting “true stories from the back row of history.” Established in 2015, it explores America’s past, present, and future through irreverent writing that mixes historical themes with contemporary culture and politics. Its work includes essays, humorous pieces, letters and correspondence, short-form writing, and annual Christmas greetings. Featured subjects range from Donald Trump and Fox News to British secret societies and public figures, often approached through parody, personal commentary, or an unconventional historical perspective.

Sometimes Weekly publishes its writing on its website and shares work across platforms including Patreon, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky, and X. Readers can sign up for electronic updates or support the project through the Sometimes Weekly Publishing Company membership, which is advertised at $1 per month. Members receive a hand-crafted membership card, a biannualish In Exile subscription, exclusive Patreon updates, and other benefits. The brand also offers a shop and invites its audience to follow its growing community across the web.
