## Description

Brand mementor | Leipzig is proud to introduce somnio, a digital cognitive behavioral therapy for the treatment of sleep disorders. A recent study conducted by the Department of Psychotherapy at Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf has once again confirmed the effectiveness of somnio in helping people with insomnia. Over 200 participants aged 18 and older, suffering from chronic sleeplessness, were randomly assigned to either the group using somnio or the control group waiting for treatment. The results were promising, with 64% of somnio users experiencing a significant improvement in their sleep disorders after 8 weeks. Furthermore, 41% achieved complete elimination of their sleep problems and remained symptom-free post-treatment. These participants took an average of 29 minutes less time to fall asleep and were awake for 64 minutes less during the night compared to the control group. The study also revealed positive effects on participants' daily well-being and quality of life. Additionally, symptoms of depression and anxiety were reduced. Dr. Leonie Maurer, Head of the mementor Science Department, emphasized the importance of the study, stating that the results reaffirm somnio's efficacy as a treatment for sleep disorders and highlight its suitability for regular medical care. The full study results are available online in the prestigious SLEEP® Journal of the Sleep Research Society®. With long-lasting positive effects even months after therapy, somnio is a highly effective solution for those struggling with sleep disturbances.
