A is the Nigerian Automobile Logistics Company, a Nigerien company with a public-private partnership agreement with the government. Since August 12, 2014, SONILOGA S. A has been entrusted with the design, financing, implementation, operation, maintenance, and management of the Guichet Unique Automobile du Niger (GUAN) through a Build-Operate-Transfer partnership.

With its expertise, the company is responsible for organizing, coordinating, harmonizing, and supervising various public and private services activities. SONILOGA collaborates with the Ministries of Transport, Finance, and Interior, as well as authorized customs brokers, banks, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to provide quality public services related to vehicle registration. The company's mission is to deliver efficient and secure vehicle circulation services while optimizing state revenue.
