A former nursing assistant and specialist in perinatal care, emotional wellbeing and sleep difficulties, Élodie offers a gentle, attentive approach tailored to each person’s needs. Her services include support during pregnancy, preparation for a natural birth, post-partum care, and help with the challenges of working life and menopause. Sessions use sophrology techniques such as relaxation, breathing and visualization to help clients manage prenatal stress, welcome and regulate emotions, and encourage more restful sleep. The aim is to help women feel calmer and better prepared through life’s transitions. Sophro Elo serves Saint-Jean-d’Illac and nearby communities, including Pessac, Mérignac, Le Haillan, Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, Cestas, Marcheprime, Audenge, Biganos and Le Temple. Home visits are available, as are sessions by video.
