## Description

The Ukrainian Institute of Plant Variety Examination (UIPVE) plays a crucial role in the agricultural landscape of Ukraine. It is dedicated to the study, registration, and protection of plant varieties, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. The institute's services include conducting research activities and providing qualifications for various plant taxons, thereby supporting breeders, cultivators, and agricultural innovators.

UIPVE also offers a range of quality management systems and methodologies tailored for both field and laboratory variety control. They maintain a public register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination within Ukraine and facilitate access to their informational resources through the "Sort" information system. Additionally, the institute engages in international cooperation, fostering scientific and technical collaboration across borders while promoting best practices in the agricultural sector. Through educational initiatives and public procurement, UIPVE aims to advance scientific knowledge and support sustainable agricultural development in Ukraine.
