## Description

Sotto i Limoni is a family-run cooking and food-tour experience in Minori on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Hosted by Andreina, Nicola, Vittorio and Daniele, the brand welcomes visitors into the family’s home and certified Costa d’Amalfi IGP lemon grove for relaxed, hands-on activities rooted in local food traditions. Its cooking experience teaches guests to make ‘ndunderi, Minori’s traditional pasta, alongside a main course and dessert, while the pizza experience invites participants to prepare dough, add vegetables from the family’s organic garden and bake pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Both include a shared meal and local wine. Guests can also take a guided lemon-grove tour to learn about Amalfi lemons, with lemonade or granita and a taste of limoncello. The Limoncello Lab combines a grove visit with a workshop on making the family’s limoncello and is for adults. Experiences are available privately or as shared gatherings, with some dietary needs accommodated. Sotto i Limoni emphasizes warm hospitality, homegrown ingredients and a personal connection to the landscape and cuisine of Minori.
