## Description

Established in 2014 and rooted in Utah, the company sources developers, data specialists, QA automation engineers, DevOps professionals, and product and UX designers. Its process includes role-based screening, reviews of candidates’ work and references, interviews, and English-language checks; clients then choose from a shortlist and conduct their own interviews.

After selection, sourceBOLD acts as contractor of record, holding the contractor’s agreement and paying them. Clients sign an MSA and a statement of work for each person, then receive one predictable US-dollar invoice per contractor at a flat monthly fee that includes pay. The service also manages cross-border payment and tax paperwork, onboarding, billing, and offboarding. Engagements are month-to-month, with 30 days’ notice to wind down. Contractors work as part of the client’s team, with 4–8 hours of overlap with US time zones. An assigned account specialist and an online dashboard support ongoing engagements.
