Its seventh edition is scheduled for October 14–17, 2026, at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou. The fair connects manufacturers and suppliers with professional buyers, supporting sourcing and export opportunities across the Greater Bay Area and international markets. Product categories include hardware and tools, machinery and equipment, motorcycles and parts, and household appliances. The event offers exhibitors booth options and promotional opportunities, while buyers can use pre-registration and tailored business-matching services to arrange face-to-face meetings with suitable suppliers. Other features include an online showroom showcasing suppliers and products year-round, industry and export-trade information, and networking activities such as cultural performances and a social evening. GSF promotes both in-person and online engagement, with business-matching events and exhibitor exposure designed to continue beyond the exhibition dates. The organizers estimate that the 2026 fair will cover more than 35,000 square meters, host over 850 exhibitors and welcome 45,000 professional buyers. ## Industries - 📊 Business and Consumer Services - 📊 Business Services _(under Business and Consumer Services)_ - 🛍 E-commerce and Shopping ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/gzsourcingfair) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555702629423) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7ZMYf-St/w/2337/h/509/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791455515391) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Persian Green | #009f95 | accent | | Rhino | #26394f | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
