## Description

Southern Bridges is a supported housing and recovery service for people affected by substance misuse who need a safe place to live and support in moving towards independent life. The organisation provides accommodation in Southampton and Bournemouth, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in housing and support for residents with addiction issues.

Its services include supported accommodation, HMO housing, halfway houses and sober living options that can help bridge the transition from inpatient treatment to everyday life. In Southampton, accommodation is designed for people who may be unable to live alone, while Bournemouth services focus on providing a safe environment for people from Black and ethnic minority groups, gender-diverse communities and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Southern Bridges also offers one-to-one support, access to an in-house addiction counsellor, bespoke care plans and moving-on housing to support reintegration into society. The organisation promotes equality, diversity and inclusion and aims to make its homes safe and welcoming.
