## Description

Southern Clocks is an England-registered business specialising in antique clocks and horology. It offers clocks for sale, along with restoration and repair services for customers seeking to preserve or return timepieces to working order. The business also provides clock sourcing and advice, and invites enquiries about sales, restoration and repairs by email or telephone.

Led by Jeremy Dodd, Southern Clocks shares its knowledge and interests through Thinking Time, a blog exploring time, its philosophy and place in modern society, as well as themes such as responsibility and self-reliance. Its articles cover analogue and digital timekeeping, public clocks, historic timepieces and the stories clocks can reveal about their makers and eras. The blog also reflects the practical experience of working with a varied range of objects, including longcase clocks and an orrery.

With a focus on antique clocks and their care, Southern Clocks combines specialist services with informative commentary for clock owners and enthusiasts.
