Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties is an organization dedicated to creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. With a history spanning over 40 years, BBBS has been providing mentorship programs for the youth in the community. The organization's vision is to ensure that all youth achieve their full potential and they strive to be the organization of choice for youth mentoring, fundraising, and partnering.

BBBS offers various programs and services to meet the changing needs of the community. They provide trained mentors, called Bigs, who offer friendship, guidance, and fun experiences to their Littles. The staff at BBBS provide training to the mentors to best serve the needs of each child and their family.

Additionally, BBBS organizes special events like the Big Golf Classic and the Run for Aaron 5k & 1-mile walk to engage the community and raise funds for their programs. They also offer information sessions for volunteers, community partners, and supporters to learn more about their mentoring programs and how they can get involved. BBBS prioritizes the safety of their children, volunteers, and staff and partners with parents/guardians, volunteers, and the community to ensure accountability for each child in their program.
