CCHCC is a brand dedicated to prevention and education regarding alcohol, tobacco, and drug-related problems. They aim to increase awareness and offer evidence-based education programs in schools, communities, businesses, and professional organizations. Through these programs, trained prevention specialists educate individuals about the risks of substance use while promoting healthy decision-making and life skills.

The brand also supports three anti-drug coalitions, GRASP in Gloucester and SCRATCH in Salem, which aim to create strategic community partnerships to help vulnerable individuals. CCHCC provides resources, prevention materials, and training for both youth and adults. Additionally, they offer treatment options, recovery support, and counseling services through the IDRC and the Counseling Center.
