## Description

Katholische Sozialstation St. Martin gGmbH is a locally rooted care provider serving communities in the Ostalbkreis, including Aalen, Wasseralfingen, Oberkochen, Ellwangen, Röhlingen, Rosenberg and Jagstzell. Established in its current form in 2015 through the merger of the former social care stations in Aalen and Ellwangen, it draws on 79 years of experience in outpatient care. Its aim is to help people maintain their independence and remain in familiar surroundings for as long as possible.

The organisation provides outpatient nursing and personal care for older people and those who are ill, alongside advice tailored to individual care needs. Its other services include family care during parental illness or absence, community-based neighbour support in Ellwangen, and freshly prepared meal delivery in Aalen, Wasseralfingen and Ellwangen. Staff also support people with dementia through group and home-based care, and offer guidance on further resources, including support for family caregivers. A day-care service in Oberkochen was planned to open in early 2025.
