## Description

SP Index provides human-led social media screening and reputational intelligence to help organisations make safer, more informed recruitment and risk management decisions. Its services are designed for safeguarding, governance and professional conduct assessments, particularly in regulated and trust-sensitive environments. Analysts review publicly available information with support from intelligent technology, producing evidence-based reports that identify relevant risk indicators without making employment or suitability recommendations.

Screening options include Essential Social Media Checks, which review three years of a candidate’s online footprint, and Premium checks, which examine five or more years with broader coverage. SP Index also offers global adverse media searches and specialist EPORA assessments for public-facing, high-profile and governance-sensitive individuals. Industry-specific services support general recruitment, education, healthcare, and TV and media, with frameworks tailored to sector needs, including KCSIE-aligned and FPPT-aligned assessments.

The company states that its processes are designed to meet applicable privacy and employment requirements, and that it is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus certified.
