## Description

Space Explorers Studios (SES) is a Montréal, Québec-based company combining content creation with aerospace engineering to tell the story of space exploration through immersive media. Born from the production of the Primetime Emmy Award-winning Space Explorers: The ISS Experience, the studio develops imaging technology and storytelling capabilities for space missions, from capture and integration to operations, post-production, and distribution.

Its Virtual Reality Camera System (VRCS) is designed for high-resolution stereoscopic 360-degree video capture, with image processing and data storage integrated into flight hardware. The system is scheduled to fly on two Commercial Lunar Payload Services missions in 2026. SES is also developing VRCS-2, a next-generation lunar camera intended to offer higher performance, live streaming, and greater immersion.

SES helps mission teams share imagery with audiences through virtual, augmented, and mixed reality, as well as domes, planetariums, mobile devices, and conventional screens. Its heritage includes immersive filming aboard and outside the International Space Station. The studio’s projects include Space Explorers: The Infinite, a touring immersive exhibition created from ISS footage.
