Operating under the KAIST Undergraduate Student Council, SPARCS is dedicated to providing services that benefit their peers. They also host and participate in hackathons, both nationally and internationally. In addition to their technical activities, SPARCS fosters a sense of camaraderie among members through various social events such as strawberry parties, recreational trips, and internal hackathons. They also organize events like homecomings, enabling members to connect with SPARCS alumni. Regular gatherings for meals and workshops are organized by project members. Anyone can apply to join SPARCS, regardless of their academic year, as long as they are actively involved for a minimum of four semesters before graduating. They recruit developers and designers every spring and fall semester. After becoming a regular member, individuals can take breaks from the club if needed.
